Residents enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi internet, music rehearsal rooms, common recreation halls with DTH television, indoor game setups, and dedicated reading rooms stocked with leading national and international dailies and magazines. Each hostel cluster includes outdoor courts for Volleyball, Basketball, and Badminton.

Baba Mastnath University is a registered member of the National Digital Library of India (NDLI) Club, providing round-the-clock digital repository access to more than 20,000 reference volumes, e-books, e-journals, and research archives.

Dedicated residential faculty and administrative staff reside on campus, providing after-hours academic counseling, personal guidance, and immediate pastoral support.

Campus security is strictly monitored 24×7 by full-time security personnel, electronic entry checkpoints, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. In addition, 24×7 medical assistance is available with resident duty doctors, first-aid response units, and dedicated emergency ambulance services on standby.
